Happy October! Woke at 218.2, up .8 from yesterday. No workout last night and a few extra pounds of water weight from yesterday evening's happy hour. Will commence eating more calories this month. The goal will be 2370 calories per day or a 750 calorie deficit. Kind of scary as it's more than I usually eat on a day to day basis, but I'm trying to see if I can reduce the stress on my body by feeding it more. Trying to lose the last of my body fat in 90 days. I should be able to see pretty soon if I'm trending that way.
