5am crossfit, did my 1st ever rope climbs. fun!
6pm PF treadmill sesh.

Rope climbs are fun once you get the technique down. Just don't do them with shorts and short socks on or your shins will be toast.

brigit-mine is an hour of cardio and weights. i don't think its hard but it sure is exhausting

No not hard at all if you hook your feet around the rope correctly but it is one of the most failed obstacles in spartan. It's definitely more of a challenge in spartan because they like to purposely mess with you and make sure your soaking wet before you do it and the ropes are always soaking wet and covered in mud but I fly right up it everytime much easier than the obstacles where you can't use your feet at all.

s hook is a solid technique I woudld also try the j hook and see how you do with that as well. I prefer the j hook especially for Spartans because the rope isn't snaked around your leg like the s hook. that rope gets sharp from the wet dirt on it and it will rip your leg up pretty bad.

WOW !! 2 workouts in a day. My knees would scream. :) I gotta ask,...when do you sleep ?? 5 AM does not exist in my universe.
