This week I didn't get much exercise, I have a plan for that in February because I'll be taking part in Super Swim to raise funds for the Starlight Children's Foundation. I am aiming for 10km. I have a membership at my local pool and plan to get in there at least 1~2 times a week. I'll post details about the fundraiser and stuff soon.
