Ok, I am not going anywhere fast! I have had things on/restaurant dinners/parties, and I am still where I was - actually I have gone up a bit, but again refuse to post it because I will get de-motivated and give up all together. I am still looking to be under 90 kgs by the end of November. I think it is quite do-able, but I just have to get back into the right headspace. I have to plan my meals, and I have to make sure I write down everything I am eating. Last night at work, I forgot to bring my dinner, so I had what was there. NO GOOD. Very disappointed at myself. I thought, well I will have a night off... the scales looked back at me quite disapprovingly this morning. Today, back to the grind stone. I want to get back to at least the above mentioned weight, and then take it from there. There are 3 weeks left in November. Time to get under 90 kgs!!! LETS DO IT
