I really need to get back into baking my own breads again; gluten free breads from the grocery store is very expensive now. I was making my own for a while, then it became easier just to buy a loaf

Can I assume you used psyllium husk in your bread; hence the purple color?

Thanks, everyone❣️ I see the alien sk❣️sourdough bread takes two days to make. This is ube, cheese and corn flavored loaves. The ube yam gives it a beautiful purple hue. I would like to this homemade bread has fewer calories due to the amount of effort required.

wow you did amazing work the bread looks fantastic! I adore sourdough I've never tried to make it though it always seemed a little bit daunting. I also have a hard time being able to need the bread properly to get a good ride sometimes. I don't know why it looks as if I should to do activities like that, I have plenty of our muscles and I can put the truck up just fine, but when it comes to stamina like needing bread for half an hour it really takes the energy out of me. I guess what muscles I have are for show lol, 😅 ✨ somehow they lost the strength part of the muscle 💪? What fun flavors, I don't think 🤔💭 I have had a ube yam...but purple is my favorite color so it must be great 😉. As for being a lesser calorie food because of the work involved as long as you're the Baker acting cuz you slack on that excuse kneeding breads no joke.

Leah, the extra kneady recipes are a bonus workout. I use the no knead, stretch and folds, and coil methods. 💪💪💪

Leah, make it from scratch and get a work out on. I use cast iron pots to bake so that includes the resistance training portion of the workout. 😂😂😂

Ooooh that’s moist! I tried increasing from 72% to 75% but I just couldn’t work it. I do miss sour dough 🥲

Thanks ejean❣️ it’s like art to me. Dawnie, slowly increase the hydration so you get used to it. I wet my hands and add rice flour to the counter before working with it.
