I like venison stew and love eggs but never thought of them together...going to need to try this one

OB It’s so yummy and such a simple recipe!! I browned 10oz ground venison and seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder and cumin. Added a can of diced tomatoes with liquids, 1/4 cup milk and a 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch (slurried). Simmer until it thickens then crack 3-4 eggs on top. Cover and cook until eggs are done. Serve with toast and sour cream or creme fraiche.
