Yum! It’s your old follower with a different account! I love shrimp 😋. Yes, you can eat pasta—just stick to homemade food, add plenty of fruits and vegetables, and you’re good. Lol at this “all-or-nothing, pasta is not ok but takeout is, as long as you fast too and fit the takeout into your goal, let’s overcomplicate things” trendy mentality that became popular once the Internet did too! 😂Good for you for eating like a normal person hahaha.
