It’s only 5 to 6 lbs this year but starting to feel like I’m turning a corner and breaking some bad habits. 😊

P.S. even if you don’t follow through yet, even if it’s a learning curve, by “way of eating,” I mean intention lol! And you’re doing great BTW. Maybe you do follow through, and maybe not, but I bet you do.

I’m still a bit rubbish at eating. But I’m trying not to eat as much. So smaller plates and no extras. My biggest focus is to stop having the blow out hour in the evening, where I’m fed up or bored and just eat anything nice. Cheese, chocolate, crisps and a lot off it. ☺️

I start the day well and weigh and measure,am good all day then at night I wolf down anything I can find and ruin my days effort. Today invited to family so that’s another day of good intentions gone. Well I’ll try better on Monday.It is also the first of a month so maybe April will be better??…

I don’t know why we do it, but something in our minds just tells us to do it. Then it’s says well that wrecked it, don’t stop now. Go and enjoy the family day, have some treats but try and think what you normally might have and cut something out or have a little less. Don’t wait until tomorrow 😄. Good luck 😄

I discovered my weight loss daily calories during lockdown: 1200 kcals. If I stray from the path it demoralises me too much. At my family gathering yesterday I was counting every calorie, "mum, what brand was that hot cross bun and did you use butter?".... yeah, I need a boost in my life atm, so failing again isn't an option. Started off with a few ups and downs but hell I'm focused now. Saw my wealthy sister yesterday and that made me more determined, her with her perfect figure, nose and boob job, designer clothes and new landy, all made me feel like a failure. At least I can be fit, slim and gorgeous again soon if I stick with it, it's a must, I want to at least make the most out of my physique even if I'm far from wealthy. You can still be gorgeous in rags huh 😍

Certainly don’t need money to be gorgeous. A good smile and confidence will outshine anything bought with money. We are old enough to have learned life lessons and young enough to enjoy life and what we have be taught. Put the work in for yourself and and you will see the rewards. ☺️ I’m trying to find the right balance atm I’ve been fat and unhealthy. I’m been fairly lean and trained hard. Somewhat feel of the wagon over the last year now to find a fit, healthy and happy me. I hope you find that too. I’m sure you will. Ps looking at your profile pic you will look good in rag 😊

Adpreso, you’re doing well, but you might do even better if you don’t call your eating “rubbish” and name at least one good habit that you have, keep that habit, and other better habits will follow! One of mine: even when I have a phase of eating terribly, bring on the fruits and vegetables, still! Do I need a better variety of fruits and vegetables? Yes, I’m still bad about variety, but the amount, got that down! Also, another of mine: I only eat fast food two or three times a year—unless you count fast-casual/takeout as fast food, too, which is still a habit I need to break. I did eat fast food recently, but that’s not the norm lol. I don’t even eat it when traveling. I’m *more* likely to eat it here in St. Louis where I live, on the rare occasion when I do, because unfortunately it’s a big thing in this region of the USA.

That’s a good point you make, I call it rubbish because I quite often over eat and snack on chocolates etc. but those are the key things I am working on at the moment and it’s making a bit of a difference. I generally have a balanced diet during the day. I’m a sucker for a meal out with a beer or two, or a takeaway. I’ve cut right back on alcohol. Positive habits are starting to form. So I hear you advise and start focusing on those positives too.
