I am starting counting calories and getting rid of coffee addiction. My new friends are small scale for food and blender
At the same time I want to follow 16:8 rule
With my new diet I should be able to lose 0.5kg each week. (which based on my characteristics is 1500 kcal daily)
Wish me luck!
91.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck! I switched to black decaf while not the same and takes about a week to get used to still manages to curb the cravings. 🤞🏼
