I am happy abd proud of myself before I started FS I weighed 120.3 kgs bug couldn't do it by by my self so I joined.
On Xmas day I was 113.9.
So I am extremely happy and thanks to those who have helped me on the way.
Now for the next 6kgs.

At this time, just last year, I had gained a couple of kilos, and my maximum weight, in January 2015, was 116.8 kg. I felt disgusted with myself, etc. etc... With FS, and recording everything, I am now around 90/91 kg. I can hardly believe it of myself, and know that joining FS was one of the best things I have ever done. I don't have diabetes to contend with, I am glad to say, so at least carbohydrates are not a massive problem for me. I am still hungry ALL the time, which is a huge problem for me. The less I have to do in my day, the hungrier I notice myself being. When I am busy/occupied, staying away from food is much, much easier. Anyway, my current goal is to get to 90, and to STAY there for the moment. Next year, the goal is 80 kg. Hope that all had a beautiful Christmas & God bless.
