Off to a slow start but I am logging. Going to a fundraiser tonight with good food and alcohol so trying to save calories for the end of the day

Have fun! Do not drink too much. Stereotypes about how much it’s ok to drink are made for bio *men*, even if they are smaller for their biological sex, and weigh the same as you do. If you drink as much as you think is the upper limit (for dudes lol), you will pass out unless you already drink a lot and are used to it.

Grab a non alcoholic beverage instead, it is so much better for you. Drinks are empty calories and do nothing for your health or weight loss. You can still have fun watching how others look when they have a few drinks, it is really a new approach to having fun. I have not had a drink since 2008 and don't miss the hangovers at all.
