Oh, my. Dinner last night was over 1200 calories. Not good. Explains a lot - I didn't think I had eaten that much. My limit for the day is supposed to be 1300 and I certainly did not plan ahead to accomodate the overage! Luckily all I had to drink was tea and not beer. I guess that is what accountability is all about.
