Hi Guys!
Hope the hump day is well behind us all. My question is, what is the ideal amount of calories you try to hit most days? And, how many sub your RDI do you reckon that is on average? I'm keen to see what calorie targets have been successful for other fatsecret friends in our community.
Please share if you can what works for you and how you keep on track and motivated to keep it up :P

How much have you lost so far? You can go get a test called a resting metabolic rate that will tell you what you are using at rest. You can get a DEXA scan too. This will help you come up with your own more precise goals. Without knowing that, it's hard to give you advice since , I don't know you.
