I want to be able to dance all night for the Memorial Day Dawn Dance. Best way to do that will be to lose many pounds before then, preferably by altering my diet and adding in more exercise.

Coworkers are going to weight watchers during lunch on Wednesdays - I think I will invest in a new scale and then try to keep up with them.

Goals: contradance minimum 2 times per week. Keep calories to 1300 average per day, maximum. Between 1100 and 1300 is ideal, but goal is 1300. Drink at least 16 ounces of water per day in addition to usual coffee with milk.

Ok, that is the simple part.

Your mind is in the right place Abba!!! You can do this. Visualize yourself as you want to be for the dawn dance. Do it everyday, often, and you will be that by Memorial Day or before!!
