Portion sizes. Apparently that helps? Supposed to eat around 2300cals for my height / weight but not having much trouble eating around 1500-1800 plus I have been walking around a local lake which is in bushland so that should help. It about 5.5ks and takes about an hour and 15mins - which according to this site, burns about 300cals. Change in eating and some exercise means I havent had any food comas this past week. That's good. See how we go - would love to lose 1/2 - 1kg this week.
