well I hope I learn from this episode. if I want to lose weight I can't go back to eating the way I used to. I know in my case once friends etc acknowledge my weight lose it is almost as if my brain decides I have succeeded so I don't need to count calories any more. immediately my weight goes up and I feel like a slug, fat and lazy with no willpower or control over my life. my stomach is actually sore from overeating.
I am starting the day with a good drink of water (another one of the things that I stopped doing) then hopefully a walk before it gets too hot. then every morsal that passes my lips will be entered on fat secret
78 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
