I have been avoiding recording my weight as it increased but it is time to face the truth. relatives have returned to the UK so no more days of long lunches and bottles of wine
77.4 kg Lost so far: 19.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
