Carbs are best for me between 50g to 100g. Anymore and its a gain.
How can I love something that obviously dislikes me so much. Pffft to carbs.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 34.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's good you've identified your ideal amount... but yeah it kinda sucks when you love something so much and it's so very bad. Like me and halva.
