I was doing so well with tracking & exercising, but everything kind of fell off last Friday - talk about a crazy, hectic weekend! Ate out too much, AND one of those times was at a buffet, those are always so hard! Missed my Saturday run AND the Friday Stronglifts, so today I'm starting that over again. At least I'm not so sore as I was. Oh well, I could list all the excuses/crazy stuff that happened over the weekend, but what's the point? Back to tracking, back to exercising, Stronglifts today & 3 mile run tomorrow, just like I never left it.
