No change in weight. I think I didn't eat enough yesterday but I wasn't hungry and my youngest came down with a fever so I really didn't have time to eat again. Also I'm in the fast after 8pm challenge.

94.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg. Still to go: 32.6 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

I am also doing the after 8 fast and twice I have almost screwed it up by not eating right away due to my schedule but luckily I checked the clock first.
