Slow day at work today, and a slow evening too. Lots of bad food choices - I am just not caring with so much chocolate available!

Tomorrow I am going to a little party - there will be way too much food, there always is! I have been indulging in BEER! One bottle puts me into nap mode but it is a great time of year for the flavored Sam Adams' ales.

Next year, I will be on track! that is starting Friday. Good luck everyone, with your new year's resolutions!

I know what you mean about the beer. Beer makes me bloated and sleepy. I do love a cocktail however - a nice mixed drink. Happy New Year! Let's start 2010 with a big bang and a healthy lifestyle!

My hubby loves the Sam Adams line too. I'm more of a frozen margarita kind of gal, or even a Coke and Kahlua. After tomorrow, we can try to do better! ;-)
