Well I weighed 146.75 lbs this morning, which means I gained all of 1/4 lb over the weekend - and that was including a friend's birthday party, not bad! But I've eaten too much crap today, even if my cals are acceptable the food is not. Oh well, try to eat healthier tomorrow I guess. I did get registered for that 5K on Saturday; can't run on junk food, no siree!
