I broke my fast early today to change things up a bit, I had chobani plain yogurt with some muesli around 9am and a chicken roll in the late afternoon. Just arrived home from the gym and food is the last thing on my mind as I type. I'm guessing I will be hit with the hunger bug later tonight, must be disciplined not to binge.
