Really didn't feel well today, so I my eating wasn't nearly what it should have been. I broke down and had a can of chicken noodle soup, which I know has carbs, but relatively speaking, it's not too bad. My percentage is right on the border of where I want it to be, but the total grams for the day are fine, except when you figure in the fact that my total food intake for the day was less than half of what it should have been.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
