Man, I have got to get with the program and start eating right. It's getting harder and harder to stay with eating several times a day. Especially with being sick, I keep struggling and going back to eating once or twice a day and my stomach going, put one more thing in here and you're going to regret it. I don't know how to get back on track. :(

I spent an hour and a half making up meals for the next several days because I am hoping that it will help if I can just grab something to eat when I'm hurting too bad to cook, but now I hurt too bad to even eat. I'm sick to my stomach from the pain. I haven't even managed to get my workout in for today. I'm not liking this at all.

When you are sick you have to give yourself a break. If you don't feel like eating much - don't. Just make sure what you are eating is healthy and going to help you get better. Then increase it as your appetite increases. Hope you are feeling better soon!!!
