Scale is going down quickly last couple of days. This might mean a stall for awhile, but I'm okay because I'm finally seeing "115".

I want to add that I officially started back at the gym on Friday.
52.5 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Lots to celebrate - congrats!!! Ten pounds gone, not coming back, and starting up your gym routine. All during the long, dark days of winter. It just doesn't get any better...very happy for you!!! Keep up the great work!!!
