Well, life has thrown some curved balls lately with my Antony and my Mama in and out of hospital; however, thank the good Lord things are now slowing down a tad and I am able to come here and say ‘Hi’ and record how this life change is going!!! So far so good. I have been able to keep my net carbs below 25 grams and I am still enjoying the low carb journey! I haven’t lost a lot, but I am maintaining so that is good and I am happy! ❤️💛💚💙💜
