I have just got back from Bright - cycling the rail trails with the BUGs. I have put on about 1 KG in the last month mainly because I have been drinking too much wine, and because I have been eating a lot more carbs. I have decided to target 67 kg as a weight - my feet are very arthritic and I feel that just that little bit lighter will be good for them. I may try to get even thinner but I'll see about that when I've taken off 2 kg. I don't want my aging fless to get too thin and droopy!! To lose weight I will have to stop drinking for a few nights a week... can I do it??!! I'll try. Recording everything on this site certainly helps.
