I haven't entered a journal entry in a couple days. But I've stayed on my diet. I'm a bit confused with carbs that are listed in the diet calendar. Today for example I thought Bacon & eggs had zero carbs, but the food list from here shows they have carbs? Also the spinach that I'm having for lunch on the package shows 3 carbs but here it shows over 10? Anyone have insight to this difference? My weight is still hovering between 172 and 173, driving me crazy!
