Day 2 of Atkins Fat Fast. I'm doing ok. I'm not measuring as I should but I am keeping an eye on things. I finally put an entry on my "Bio" and added a picture. Also saw where I can have net carbs listed on my food calendar and how to add my own food stuff, like Dukes Mayo (super Mayo). Wow there is so much to this site it is FANTASTIC!
