ADDENDUM TO 1/1 ENTRY - I weighed, and I am now 210 (down from two-TWENTY on 1/1). Very pleased with 10 pounds of loss in a month (though things have seemed VERY slow the past couple weeks, and my dh (who doesn't follow the eating plan HALF as closely as I do) has lost 16 pounds in the same period of time - why do men ALWAYS lose faster than women? Why, God, WHY???
