Had my scan today and results were very good.I could have wished for more weight loss but overall I am happy with the result. So here are the results during the last 27 day I have lost 8kg, The break down is (9.2kg Fat lost and 1.2kg gained of muscle) my water is slightly down from last weigh-in, and my visceral fat is still over 20 but will work on this. Last scan was on the 12 Jan 2018 at 07:03 and todays scan 8 Feb 2018 at 07:00 for consistency. I was a bit sceptical about the muscle gained however if I think of the Gym work I have put in and how different I am looking in front of the mirror I can believe that. So seems as if I did not do all the wrong things the last month and I can tell you there were days I doubted myself. I will be planning my next 30 days and plan to do better but will see as initial weight-loss is always easy but keeping it going is a task if things are not interesting and food is plain so will be digging up and copying recipes.
