Today is my THIRD "Hungry Day" in a row. Got up at 6am and had Breakfast #1. Eating Breakfast #2 now. Total Net carbs for both is only a total of 2.66 Net Carbs. So far today, macros are 5% Carbs, 81% Fat and 14% Protein, with 12.2g Dietary Fiber.

Great job on the net carbs! This seems to be my most difficult part. Great job on everything, you have this plan down! Don't call it a "hungry day"!! That makes you hungry! Call it your "best eating plan day"!
