Haven't been able to do much this last week. I was out of state visiting family. My kids' dad had a car accident and was in ICU on Monday, I found out that a good friend of mine died Monday night, my brother had a car accident and was in ICU on Tuesday, my daughter gave birth to my grandson on Tuesday.

Eating properly is so much harder when you're at someone else's house for a week and having to eat their food. I have a bad feeling that this weigh-in is not going to go well and I missed the last one because I was at my parents' house and they didn't have a scale.

I was able to manage to record my food for the most part but I'm sure there is stuff I missed.
