Back injury and damaged tendon in right upper leg has meant I have been quite immobile and not played golf now for 19 weeks. Been through various emotions and steadily gaining weight. Today I've reached a point of enough is enough. Starting with meal prep for the week so there are no excuses. Today I turn this weight around and get in shape. Waist measurement at Nutritionist this week was 98cm. That's more than 12cm larger than my husband. Things need to change starting now!
