I’m celebrating (with a herbal tea🌿) ☺️ my healthy choice to not drink any alcohol, it’s been 3 months 😁 and I’m feeling so good these days. Along with also eating better and losing excess weight I’ve totally done a 360. My weakness was Kahluha but my gosh, there’s so much sugar and calories in it😲, my body doesn’t need that and it sure doesn’t help with a healthy lifestyle, so I said bye bye to that and the rest, and a big hello to an alcohol free life! 💃
