I am a 30 year old woman from Southwestern Ontario. I was in banking for over ten years and am now finishing my degree but actively looking for work. I would like to lose at least 45lbs with a goal of 50-60. I have always been very restrictive with my calories (yet would PIG out when given the chance at parties, dining etc.) and need to change my mental state of fueling my body instead of restricting it. I look like a fast food eater because I'm carrying this weight when it's actually the opposite (not eating enough). I do cardio 5x a week and work with a trainer 3x a week.
My weight has stalled and I've been told by my MD that it is stress and not eating enough.. so I am going to try yoga with my exercise plan and eat MORE.. plan my meals :)
I visit my boyfriend in the U.S on the weekends so will track when I am able to.. I now see how CRUCIAL nutrition is and being kind to myself.
I believe I needed to gain this weight to appreciate my healthy, thinner self a I didn't when I was a lot smaller.
