In the past 2 years I have gone from 108 pounds to 125 pounds. That may not seem like a drastic amount but for me it is earth shattering. My fat girl clothes are too tight, and I can only dream of wearing my regular girl clothes.
I am hoping that using this forum will help me change my eating habits for the better.
I am a runner and this weight gain has made an enormous impact on my speed, and endurance. I have a serious sweet tooth. I wake up thinking about what I am going to eat and when. I would love to get off this bandwagon and have a healthy way of approaching food.
