I am 63 years old, and 103 pounds over weight. Live in Colorado, but Washington is home. Seattle before I joined the Air Force, and call Bellingham home now since that is where most of my Wifes family resides. I am tired of being overweight and don't want to end up like my Brother in Law, sitting in a wheel chair and suffering from Diabetes. Wish me Luck
