Hello!

I am a current member of MFP, but joined this site to keep track of my Net Carbs as I am experimenting with the Ketogenic Diet. I like running on the treadmill and try to get in at least 3 1/2 hour sessions a week. I do interval running which is a 5 minute warmup, a 1 minute HIT (high intensity)run and a 2 minute cool down, which serves as a heart resting period. I cycle this method for a 1/2 hour. I like it because I can change it up anytime I want. I have 3 kids and work as an email marketing specialist.

My goal is to lose weight slowly but safely. I look forward to new me in the near future.
