I struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I opted to cut out sugar over twelve months ago and gradually starting to lose weight. I still had stomach issues - accumulating gas - which was quite painful so I tried cutting out grains about six months ago. I have lost more weight and very rarely have stomach issues. I feel more energetic and feel better within myself. Just would like to lose those last few kilos but I'm not in a rush.
