Before starting my new diet,11 months ago I had lost 20 kilos with Bodybuilding.com program. This included free food and exercise plan which consisted on high protein, low carb diet. Four months later, I slow began putting the weight back on due to boredom,insecurity of not know if I had a job in 2016 and family ups and downs blah blah (does this sound familiar). Having started this new diet (Keto) and regular exercise, I have a "Goal" and it's not just to loose weight but to make this a permament lifestyle for life. I know I will succeed because my mind set is in it to win it, and with the positive outcome that my friends and family have noticed with my progress, I hope this will have a huge influence on my adult children. In the past I lived for sugary coated high carb shit foods (poison), it controlled me. That was yesterday, NOW, this is a new chapter in my life to be healthy and fit for life. Good luck everyone.
