Did pretty good yesterday. I really have to start concentrating on dieting. Since I’ve been kind of on the tired side, I need to eat less and move more. So charge….

I keep waking up late, so I’m very behind. Everybody’s been so kind. I’ll be calling the doctor today. I do have thyroid problems, and I should be getting more check ups than I do, that’s all my fault. I just never want to hear the doctor say, ‘you're going to get something named after you’.😳😆
I am doing better, drinking water, getting my steps and trying to record. Hope everybody else is getting a little better being on track as well. Inside me lives a skinny woman, wait I mean regular size woman crying to get out. 🤣

I don’t know, I am running behind, I got up late again. I’m gonna make an appointment with the doctor to see why I’m tired when I usually wake up and have the energy of a Harley Davison. Lately, I am like the turtle on its back.😩
Got some steps in yesterday, I need to be better though. I stopped walking the warehouse when I got behind in reports, but I think I don’t give a dang. I’m gonna start walking at it again. Being busy is my excuse for not knowing even what year it is.🙃 Walking is the most ancient exercise and still the best modern exercise. Hello Tuesday here I come! Let’s see what I can accomplish! Yesterday, I got a project done that I’ve been putting off for months. I’m so proud of myself, but I’m behind in talking to my FS family so I’m gonna make this short. My husband did some Hurkle-Durkling today and got up late, not me.👍😁
Hopefully, I will record today. It really is one way to be really on top of what you’re eating and I preach it all the time, but suddenly I’m not doing it anymore. Stopping and writing it down doesn’t take that long, so I need to do it!! After a lifetime of losing and gaining weight, I get it. No matter how you slice it, weight loss comes down to the simple formula of calories in, calories out. I only seem to remember I want to lose weight after eating 4 cookies, so I definitely have to write it down! A diet is the penalty we pay for exceeding the feed limit! 🤣 Out…🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

I am astonished that I did so well with steps yesterday, so even though I am home today, I am going for 5,000 again. 👍 My problem is getting stupid migraines, definitely something is up. Next week I am determined to make a doctor’s appointment, a dentist appointment, and an appointment with our gardener to clear about 4 trees out. Right now I may go back to bed, all that planning pooped me out.😆
