Starting again due too horrible diabeties reading,
Last night after having my girlfriends over for brunch i found my diabetes monitor and decided too see my numbers and i was blown away at how bad they were.
I went too my drs Monday and my pills have been doubled and he said you had been doing so well whats happened..
Well whats happened is i lost my way,
my thyroid isnt low and now been put on medication for that also,ive had a pretty ordinary time of it of late,not only with eating with life.But anyways its time too change.
Its time too get back too eating right which will be one part of the puzzle ...
Time too start again.
