*sigh* Back again and weighing much more! Since June 2023, I jumped from 97kg up to 116kg. I've been battling a mystery skin complaint, and the number of drugs that have been tried have almost pushed me over the edge, mentally and physically, with no results. Finally a dermatologist has had a minor success, and I am in the mindset to try to get rid of some of this horrible, uncomfortable fat!

Well, I gave up 103 days ago when I was completely frustrated with attempts to get back on track. I was dealing with a lot of pain from a broken, sometimes frozen jaw and only able to eat soft foods. After finally finding someone in the medical professions to help me, my jaw is starting to improve, and I'm hoping to avoid surgery. I take opioid pain medication for my back. It's the only thing that has kept me (semi) sane since I fell on my face last year and broke it! I have decided enough is enough now. I weighed myself this morning, and I haven't gained as much as I thought ... only 1kg. But that's still way more than Ishould carry. Now, I want to get myself on the straight and narrow (again).
