so I've been stuck on the same weight for what feels like forever. The only way I've lost weight is because I am sick. So not really worth getting excited about.

I'm back. Fell off the wagon over lockdown. Gained a little and didn't lose anything. Back on Lady shakes for couple weeks and back to my pre lock down weight. Just trying to hit double digits. The first 10kg lost seemed easy but now shifting the rest seems so hard.

Reached my half way goal. Woohoo! 10kg down. Find it funny as whenever I gain a little weight one week (500g), the next I lose heaps more than expected (2kg). Noticing a pattern.
