Three weeks in and 3kg's lost. Still a long way to go but so focused. Losing cm's everywhere which is awesome and to run into a friend that hasn't seen me since Christmas and her reaction was OMG look at how different you look keeps me even more focused. 🙂

Tried eating a scrambled egg this morning and just couldn't do it. I don't like boiled, poached, or fried either. Do any of you wonderful people out there have any suggestions how I can get my weekly egg intake. TIA

Today was my first weekly weigh in. I was a bit disappointed that I'd only lost .5kg after all my hard work but like my husband said, I need to remember that I'm now 60 not 30 and it will be slower for me to lose weight and at the end of the day, it's all about getting my heart healthy.
