Pan fried chicken with a legume/pulse salad of chickpeas, lentils, black beans, with finely diced onion, radish, olives, tomato, corn kernels & sauteed mushrooms. Salad dressing of lime juice, olive oil, garlic, ginger, finely chopped parsley & mint.

Today’s lunch: chicken tenderloin with sauteed mushroom; egg+corn+shredded parmesan+parsley tortilla; rocket, lentils, tasty cheese, kalamata olives, radish & chopped mandarin.

A day of indulgence at Din Tai Fung. First visit in almost a year due to lockdowns & I kinda waddled out. I know that over the next 2-3 days I’ll drift back to around 81-82kg so not worried (yet).
Sometimes an indulgence or slip is unavoidable, but provided you get straight back to the work, it’s manageable.

Had been hovering at 82.8 for best part of a month. This week we started back with F45 (@home) - only a few days of amped up HIIT & I’m tracking down again…
