Been to the gym every day this week. Im addicted. Almost 20 kgs down and noone has said anything yet though. Clothes are fitting better/baggier, energy increased 100 times over and my mood is just happy 99% of the time. No more need for my anti depressants. Should have done this years ago. Glad I've finally worked it out now though. Better late than never :D

Went out with a friend and our kids today. Usually I find it difficult to walk everywhere due to arthritis and weight. Today I pushed through it and actually wanted the excercise more than the pain was affecting me. Wasnt sweating like a pig either, pretty stoked at my progress thus far :D

Today I get my tailored weight training from a personal trainer. Last week i just did 45 mins on the treadmill a day because the gym is such a daunting place for a newbie. Really excited, checking my app every 5 minutes to see when I can do down and do it :D. Also my husband is joining the gym with my today, double excitement!
