Well 1 year ago my wife said if i lost 10kg we could try for a baby. i did and we did. 1 year later the 15kg is back plus a few extra and many sleepless nights and not packing a health lunch i find my self struggling to do even the shortest of walks or hikes. so here i am again looking for a way to be healthy again. As now more then ever i could not imagine our little one groqing up with out a parent due to being over weight.
